This is my friend Mona Brooks, photographer of San Francisco, California. If you read the news, ever, then you have no doubt seen her photographs of the some of the most politically powerful figures in history.
Although reticent and tranquil by nature, once you break through Mona’s shell, she’ll surprise you with her reserved geniality. And if you’re lucky, you might be privy to her uncommonly soft chuckles.
